Description
The Natural Mystic is a cross between the Hylocereus undatus and the Hylocereus polyrhizus. Natural mystic pitayas give medium to large dragon fruit which can reach a weight of 400 to 750 grams. Did you know that a natural mystic can give 4 fruits rounds per year? Looking at our range, the Natural mystic is the first bloomer. Not only this dragon fruit plant, but all dragon fruit plants prefers a little bit of shade on the ground.
Please be aware of the following: We noticed that the Natural Mystic is more prone to rust. Growing the Natural mystic in well-composed material will help though to control the rust. We have several ‘mother dragon fruit plants’ with rust spots, but they produce many sprouts! Make sure to when the rust spots start to show, to remove that cutting to control the issue and add more compost. We will ship the cuttings without rust, but nevertheless some cuttings arrive with rust spots already. We make pictures before we send all orders which can be attached to show you that they were in good condition before they were shipped. 🙂
