The bright pink dragonfruit variety. A beautiful fruit from both the inside and the outside. You would almost think that the pink pitaya fruit with pink flesh is photoshopped at times, as it looks not real sometimes. But I can assure you, they really are that beautiful pink! In addition, they also taste delicious and can be very healthy for you. The taste can best be described as a cross between a kiwi and a pear. The seeds inside the fruits are just edible.

In general yes. The red flesh dragon fruits generally have more flavor. However, the yellow variety (Palora) is considered as most sweet while it has a white inside. So it does not apply to all white varieties.
There is certainly a difference. Some cuttings produce a more red color of fruit while other cuttings produce a more pink color of fruit. So consider carefully whether you want a pink or red variant. However, there is not much difference in taste we think.
