When you place an order you can choose to pay via PayPal, PayPal Checkout or Direct Bank Transfer ! Payments via Direct Bank Transfer must always be made within 7 days after the invoice date, in a manner to be indicated by the User in the currency in which the invoice is made, unless stated otherwise by the User in writing. We allow 7 days because we are reserving the products for a customer when an order is made, meaning that no other customer can order those products. However, if we don’t receive a payment within 7 days or if we can’t get in touch with a customer (by email or phone), we are inclined to cancel the order.
We add handling costs with every order because, we as a company, have a lot of work to take care of the cuttings and or seeds. During 7 days a week we are busy cleaning the seeds and taking care of the cuttings. Once an order has been placed, the concerning products will be cleaned with great care and repackaged to arrive at the customer in the best possible way. This takes a lot of time, which is why we have implemented the handling costs.
Cuttings always will be shipped into a package. Seeds however will be send via an envelop. The shipping costs will be based on the weight of the package. The shipping costs will automatically be calculated during the checkout process when you enter your residence details, before paying for your complete order.
We are spending a lot of time taking care of our products. We want to make sure that you receive the best product possible! We do everything in our power to make sure that your product(s) arrive safely and well in your country of destination.
Ordering is 100% at your own risk. Make sure that your address is complete and 100% correct. Make sure that you are aware of the import requirements and conditions of your own country.
DRAGONFRUITCUTTING cannot be held responsible for all the different import conditions and requirements of each country. When you order at DRAGON FRUIT CUTTING you agree to all of these terms. To make a clear overview, the most important agreements are summarized via the bullet points below:

Filling in the correct shipping address
We would like to deliver the orders to the correct address. Entering your correct address is very important for this. We can therefore not be held liable if you provide an incorrect address, as a result of which the package does not reach you. Once a parcel is sent, the address cannot be changed. So please check whether you have entered the correct address we need.
Parcels with delay
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we have no influence over anything. An estimate can be given when packages will arrive, but exact times cannot be guaranteed. We have no influence on any postal company and therefore we cannot be held liable for the fact that a package has been delayed by the postal company. The only thing we can do and what we are responsible for is the timely delivery of your package to a postal company.
Of course every situation is different, and we would like to treat each situation separately and see what can be done if an order is delayed.
Procedure when your package is delayed
It is of course possible that your package has been delayed, which unfortunately we as a company cannot do anything about. We can, however, submit a complaint to the relevant postal company. As mentioned before, we try to solve these situations as best as we can. Do you want to file a complaint? This is what you can do:

This is important for the cuttings sometimes. In addition, cuttings can stay well on the road for about 10 days, it is therefore important that they reach their final destination as quickly as possible. Depending on the country and the order, express shipping might be the best option as this is one of the quickest options. If you want to make use of express shipping let us know if you want more information regarding time and costs applicable in your country.
For many countries a phytosanitary certificate is mandatory. Since we ship from the Netherlands, within Europe this is not a problem. However, for many countries we need to provide the package with a phytosanitary certificate. If we want to send the package to one of the following countries, a phytosanitary certificate is required: Puerto Rico, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana, Suriname, Colombia, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, Sudan, South Africa, Réunion, Mayotte, Pakistan, China, Taiwan, China and India Mexico, Barbados, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Egypt, U.A.E., Malaysia, USA, Indonesia, or New Caledonia, New Zealand.
For the following countries a phytosanitary certificate is only mandatory when large orders are shipped:

We can ship the order anyway without applying for a certificate. Meaning that we can ship it with all the love and caring and hope it will arrive at your doorstep. What does this mean for you?
