Phytosanitary Certificate

Many countries require a phytosanitary certificate in order to allow a shipment of dragon fruit to enter the borders. Since the products are shipped from the Netherlands, shipping within Europe is no problem. However, for many countries a phytosanitary is required. We have drawn up a list of countries where a phytosanitary certificate is mandatory. If you live in one of the countries below, then we need to provide the package with a phytosanitary certificate.

Countries where a certificate is required

Puerto Rico, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guyana, Suriname, Colombia, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, Sudan, South Africa, Réunion, Mayotte, Pakistan, China, Taiwan, China and India Mexico, Barbados, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Turkey, Egypt, U.A.E., Malaysia, USA, Indonesia, or New Caledonia, New Zealand. For the following countries a phytosanitary certificate is only mandatory when large orders are shipped: Canary Islands, Canada and Australia. If your country is not on this list, but you know for sure that you need a phytosanitary certificate for your country, please let us know 🙂 We cannot provide any package with a phytosanitary certificate, but we are doing our very best applying for one, but until then it is not completely without risks to send a parcel. As soon as we are able to provide every order with a phytosanitary certificate, we will let you know by adjusting this on our website!

What can we do for you, when a certificate is mandatory for your country?

We can ship the order anyway without applying for a certificate. Meaning that we can ship it with all the love and caring and hope it will arrive at your doorstep. What does this mean for you? ✓ All risks are for yourself ✓ We cannot be accountable for any loss of the package due to the permissions of the country ✓ The costs incurred cannot be reclaimed I hope that you understand that the risk will be for you as a customer since we have no influence on the border patrol of any country. I hope you appreciate our transparency about this subject. In the near future we hope to be able to do this differently. We are busy applying for a certificate. Are you willing to take these risks and do you agree with the above terms? Please contact us via email: [email protected]
