The Hylocereus Rainbow is a special variety also called the Rainbow Lollipop. When the fruit is still on the plant, the color of the skin is yellow/orange. But when the fruit ripens, the color becomes red with yellow fins. The flesh is dark red.
Since our Rainbow Dragon Fruit has not yet produced any fruit and the information on the net is otherwise sparse regarding the taste, we cannot say anything about the taste from our own experience. As soon as we can taste our own Rainbow Dragon fruit, we will adjust the information on our website. If you know more about this variety, then please let us know of course. The Rainbow Dragon is more of an ornamental variety and a “must have” for the true collectors of Dragon Fruits
